Set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli stretches across the Kenyan plains and is world-renowned for its impressive population of African elephants; often seen in herds of over 100. Majestic bull elephants with some of the largest tusks in the animal kingdom roam freely here. The park also teems with wildlife, including buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, impala, giraffes, and warthogs. With such rich biodiversity, it's no surprise that Amboseli is also home to a thriving population of predators, from lions, leopards, and cheetahs to jackals, hyenas, serval cats, and the elusive caracal.
