3 Days 2 Nights Group joining Safari to Maasai Mara from Nairobi Group Tour

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai mara

At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel/Airport and commence the drive to Maasai Mara. You will pass via the great rift valley view point where you will have a stop over of 10 -15 minutes to view the rift valley. Lunch will be at the camp in Maasai Mara. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a sunset evening game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve (4.00 to 6.00 p.m). Return back to the camp for buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at Rhino Tourist Camp or similar. (The tents have toilet, shower, bed, linen and mosquito nets. Electricity is provided from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the evening. Also from 6:00 am to 8:00 am in the morning).

Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife Viewing areas.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve

At around 7:00 am after breakfast, you will leave for a full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and the annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the seventh wonder of the world. At midday, You will have picnic lunch in the park which is provided by us. You will visit the site of the yearly wildebeest migration and see the resident crocodiles and hippos sited at the banks of Mara river, then continue with the game drive of the mara reserve.

Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nairobi

An optional early morning Ballon Safari,Breakfast then checkout. Thereafter commence the drive back to Nairobi. Lunch will be provided on the way in a travellers motel. On arrival you will be dropped at your Nairobi Hotel. This marks the end of the tour.

The cost is 190 USD per person.

Balloon safari @ USD 400 per person (Done on day 2 early in the morning and then continue with the normal program of the day)

NOTE: This is a group safari (maximum of 8 people) whereby you join other travellers in a jeep with a pop up roof for easy game viewing.
